Ros Ben-Moshe founded LaughLife Wellbeing programs in 2005, sparked by her passion to make the world a more joyous and friendly place – one person at a time.

Whether in the written or spoken word Ros loves imparting practical strategies to enhance positive wellbeing. Drawing on a range of evidence-based body-mind philosophies, Ros inspires people to lead their best life.  Her signature programs draw on the energy of smiling and laughter to create a more harmonious internal environment, more resilient to stress. 

As adjunct lecturer at La Trobe University School of Public Health and Psychology and author of the critically acclaimed  memoir and healing guide, “Laughing at Cancer – How to Heal with Love, Laughter and Mindfulness”, Ros draws on her personal and professional life experience to deliver inspiring and meaningful programs.

Ros is Global Laughter Ambassador for Laughter Yoga International and has written for many publications including The Australian, The Huffington Post, Canberra TimesDaily Mail, Mamamia and Wellbeing Magazine. She is Laughter Wellness expert for The Love Destination and member of The Association for Applied Therapeutic Humor and The International Positive Psychology Association. She has been delivering keynotes and wellbeing programs for a range of corporate, government, local government, community and individual clients over many years.
