Happiness Resilience Training ( HRT )

LaughLife HRT workshops are designed to help participants identify the factors that lead to happier, more fulfilled, balanced and successful lives. Drawing on research from Positive Psychology and other leading scholars in the field of Health and Wellbeing this workshop will provide participants with the tools to increase happiness levels leading to greater physical and emotional resilience, motivation, greater creativity and overall productivity and success.


Through presentations and activities participants will:

  • Identify and understand the factors that lead to a sustainably happier life
  • Discover how to increase happiness
  • Develop strategies to achieve more fulfillment and meaning in your professional and personal lives
  • Understand the link between increased happiness to greater creativity, productivity and success

HRT is tailored to individual group needs. In order to gain optimal life change a minimum of two HRT sessions are recommended.
